About Rick: Rick Sager started the firm in 2011 with a desire to help people reach their financial and business goals.  An entrepreneur and real estate investor himself, he practices what he preaches and understands first-hand the challenges and opportunities facing small business owners.  Rick enjoys learning the latest tax code changes and delights in developing tax and business strategies for his clients.

Civic: Rick currently serves on the Idaho State Bar Professional Conduct Board.  Rick was awarded the 2019 Double Goal Coach of the Year Award during the Idaho Potato Bowl for his efforts with youth football, and has served on several not-for-profit boards and advisory committees.  He enjoys ministering to the youth and people of his community.

Personal: Rick is a family man.  He and his wife Annie (whom he met in middle school) have three teenage sons.   He loves spending time rafting the river.

About David: David Fallon is a man of action.  A current Seargant Major in the United State Marine Corps Reserve, Mr. Fallon is also a CPA candiate who is accomplishing a life-long goal of becoming a CPA.  His attention to detail and inherent thoroughness qualify David as an asset for his clients. An entrepreneur himself, David has built businesses and industries from the ground up to span continents.

About Nathan: An Idaho native from a family of entrepreneurs & real estate investors, Nathan was drawn to accounting as it enabled him to help others learn and achieve financial literacy in their businesses and personal lives.  Nathan is a CPA candiate who spent his college summer breaks preparing tax returns!

About Alisha:  With more than 20 years experience in Banking and Management, Alisha put her career on hold to raise two wonderful sons.  She later enrolled in online courses and returned to the work-force at her sons’ elementary school.  As her sons grew so did Alisha’s desire to return to the financials services world and pursue her passion to provide professional friendly service to the public and her co-workers.  We are supremely pleased to have her as part of our Firm!

Civic: Alisha volunteers in her sons’ classrooms and is routinely the “Team-Mom” for her sons’ various sports. Her friendly demeanor and sincere concern for others has blessed the lives of all those she meets.
